Terms of service
Updated 01/10/2026.
The service
Ravintolasivut.fi is a service for restaurants that provides a website, lunch list, menu and printouts together with an admin tool for updating them. The service is provided by Ravintolasivut.fi (the service provider).
Agreement and pricing
The service is ordered in writing and the agreement is valid until further notice. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude VAT. The setup fee is invoiced at onboarding and the monthly fee monthly. The notice period is one month and there is no fixed term.
Customer content
The customer is responsible for the texts, images and prices it adds to its site and for having the right to use them. The customer owns its content and may download it at any time. The domain remains in the customer's name.
Social media connections
The customer may connect its Facebook Page, Instagram account and TikTok account to the service. By connecting an account the customer authorises the service to publish only the posts the customer creates in the admin tool. The service publishes nothing automatically and does not read the account's messages. The connection can be removed at any time in the admin tool or in the respective platform's settings.
Availability and liability
The service provider aims to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service provider is not responsible for third-party services, such as social media platforms or ordering services, or for changes to them. The service provider's liability is limited to an amount equal to at most three months of the customer's service fees.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. For visitors to a customer restaurant's website, the customer is the data controller and the service provider the processor.
Changes and governing law
The service provider may update these terms and will notify the customer of material changes at least one month before they take effect. These terms are governed by Finnish law. Contact: info@ravintolasivut.fi.
